Hall of Shame Fellows: a fake and a plagarist are busy!

Recently, your blogger is informed that a private owned and operated entity, surely not a real
university, called Cambridge Academy of Management (CAM) has signed a MOU with
Myanmar Development and Resources Institute (MDRI), Center for Strategic International
Studies (CSIS) in Burma. News here (www.camuk.org/new-accredited-centre-in-myanmar).

The problem with that CAM is that 'what is shown on CAM's website as their building is
'Royal Arsenal Gatehouse with Cambridge-like logo/crest put on there with Photoshop
Software' and Dr. Nyein Chan has provided the URI:

upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/42/Woolwich_royal_arsenal_gatehouse_1.jpg

Readers can compare the image of the facade' of Cambridge Academy of Management:

www.camuk.org

Unfortunately, Myanmar Development and Resources Institute (MDRI), Center for Strategic International Studies (CSIS) are both affiliated with Mr. Nay Zin Latt, the presidential adviser.
This is one thing.

And there is another news, there were readers sent emails telling blogger that the PhD thesis
plagiarist Zar Ni is busy pleasing some groups of men and they are appalled by his acts.

PhDs handed out to plagarizers who produced craps

Sometimes, Ph.Ds from real universities can be handed out to plagarizers
who wrote crappy dissertations with cooperation of corrupted professors!

A presentation about fake PhDs by Prof. Gollin from UIUC

An excellent presentation that'd give you idea how to investigate diploma
mills and their clients, fake doctorate PhDs. This is the work of Professor
George Gollin from the department of Physics at the Univ of Illinois at UC.

Kanbawza Win's Washington International U PhD

The credit for this hall of shame's appointment goes to Dr. Nyein Chan for giving this
evidence that Kanbawza Win's PhD is not from an accredited university, but from the
unaccredited Washington International University, a diploma mill. Kanbawza Win's
credentials can be learned from the link below:

http://www.slideshare.net/myothein19/calendar-2011-burmese-20110101

Check this out to learn Washington International University: http://www.washint.edu/

And for curious mind, learn from the Wiki link below:

The Washington International University is registered in British Virgin Islands for $ollars
making business purposes where legal loopholes exist despite being a UK overseas territory.

Director-General U Kyi Soe with a diploma mill PhD!

Author Gustaaf Houtman has exposed a fake Burmese PhD who has been performing the
duties of the director general of Department of Health Planning(p.115, Mental Culture in
Burmese Crisis Politics: Aung San Suu Kyi and the National League for Democracy,
Gustaaf Houtman).

Not convinced? The phony credentials can be confirmed below in one's self-promotion:

Dr. U Kyi Soe, Ph.D. (Western Pacific)
Director-General, Department of Health Planning (1997 to date)

http://www.thisismyanmar.com/myanmars/medical-who-myanmar.pdf

Western Pacific is a well known infamous diploma mill, officially declared as a fake
university which offers bogus PhD degrees for a few thousands of dollars. Read GAO
report here: "http://www.gao.gov/htext/d04771t.html".
