Hall of Shame Fellows: a fake and a plagarist are busy!

Recently, your blogger is informed that a private owned and operated entity, surely not a real
university, called Cambridge Academy of Management (CAM) has signed a MOU with
Myanmar Development and Resources Institute (MDRI), Center for Strategic International
Studies (CSIS) in Burma. News here (www.camuk.org/new-accredited-centre-in-myanmar).

The problem with that CAM is that 'what is shown on CAM's website as their building is
'Royal Arsenal Gatehouse with Cambridge-like logo/crest put on there with Photoshop
Software' and Dr. Nyein Chan has provided the URI:

Unfortunately, Myanmar Development and Resources Institute (MDRI), Center for Strategic International Studies (CSIS) are both affiliated with Mr. Nay Zin Latt, the presidential adviser.
This is one thing.

And there is another news, there were readers sent emails telling blogger that the PhD thesis
plagiarist Zar Ni is busy pleasing some groups of men and they are appalled by his acts.

Sometimes, Ph.Ds from real universities can be handed out to plagarizers
who wrote crappy dissertations with cooperation of corrupted professors!

Author Gustaaf Houtman has exposed a fake Burmese PhD who has been performing the
duties of the director general of Department of Health Planning(p.115, Mental Culture in
