A thesis is not just a topic nor a fact, or merely
an opinion. 'A good thesis has two parts. It should
tell what you plan to argue and' and followed by
how will you argue with factual evidence of course,
not just because you think so or your Daddy thinks
so or your virtual friend or because you think what

A PhD thesis is something substantial for doctoral level
work, not only interesting and substantial but novel too.
Not only PhD, occassionally a full professor may write

Correction now Hall of Shame has only 14 fellows
as Dr. Shwe Lu Maung is no fake and his university
become Bangor today but then that was under UoW,
and I judged the quality of his PhD as validated PhD
from UoW today.

This is my first and only blog and I did not expect
it to be that popular. It is now close to about 5000
hits with visitors logged in from all over the world.
This success owes to honorable members of this
wall of shame of fakers (of credentials).

holders being called as Dr. and if you just blog, if you do not have any license, then
you are not deserved to be called as a Doctor, in this case Dr. is alike Professor title.
It is not a life long title, if you lose your job as a professor, you are no longer entitled
to call yourself a professor in some countries like Germany, if you do so, you could
be sent to jail for self-styling a Professor when you are not working as one anymore)
14) Dr Aung Naing and Dr Naing Aung (former for being a drop-out, the latter for
the same rationale as Dr. Lun Swe, if you ain't practice medicine, if your academic credential are only MBBS you are not a "Dr.")

15) Dr Shwe Lu Maung (he earned something but unfortunately The U of Wales is not
your traditional graduate school with facilities for doctoral graduate coursework, QE,
and doctoral thesis committee or promotion committees, so he might have earned his
PhD from Greenwich College validated by University of Wales. UoW, the validation
body was scrapped because it failed to validate, that means it failed to control quality
of degrees conferred under the banner of University of Wales)

It is interesting to note that there is only 1 female among 15 (14) or 6.5%, so female
are more honest than men. But this conclusion is based on very small set of samples.

Drop-out Aung Naing, fake Dr Naing Aung's atrocities?

Former is a MBBS programme drop-out and another is not
practising general clinic as a physician treating patients, so
they both are fake "Drs". That is justifications for this post.
Anyway I think posting this essay is justified although some 
of villains who killed fellow Burmese might not even had
high school education. But my agenda for this blog is to
serve my country in a way I could and so that justifies
exposing barbaric acts by amplifying it in social media.

I wonder "Why did they ေခါင္းျဖတ္?" Following barbaric
practices of Pa Htwes (step-father) KNU to appease them?

See the correction that he has earned a PhD from Bangor which
once was North Wales College under UoW, disputable validation
body. But I will keep the original one as it is correct about UoW.

Today, I found another big fake fish, this time the catch is below

When I saw Wales, I know a fish is hooked, because I have read
about "Wales Scandal" from from Telegraph last year. See below:

University of Wales abolished after visa scandal

'The University of Wales (UoW) will cease to exist after mounting
pressure to draw a line under a series of damaging revelations. Its
chairman Hugh Thomas resigned on Friday.'
The diplomas gave them entry on to UoW MBA degrees, which
allowed them to apply for UK visas, and exempted them from

To explain simple terms, UoW was more like a shell, an umbrella
entity like University of London (UoL). Like UoL, UoW offered
external degree programmes. That means you can earn a UoW or
Wales degree without setting foot in United Kingdom.


Not only in theory, but also in practice, you can earn UoW PhD
from a "for-profit" private college such as the Greenwich College.
I understand some private colleges are not diploma mills but I can
imagine "profit" motives and one can infer quality of UoW PhD.

So at best our Dr. Shwe Lu Maung earned a PhD from a college like
Greenwich College, as I said not really a diploma mill as it is validated
(it is validated, yeah it is validated :)) but not really a PhD from a great
Welsh Institutions like Cardiff.

Another misaddressing example, this time from MAEU!

Government universities in Burma do not hire foreigners apart
from visiting professors when new programmes are established
like YIE's MBA programme as it brought in visiting professors
for launching. In general, faculty members of public Burmese
universities cannot have fake PhDs. They might have earned
PhD degrees from overseas universities far less prestigious
than University of Michigan, University of Wisconsin or Yale,
or sometimes they have earned PhDs locally, still they have
to earn degrees even if they got into PhD programmes via the
back doors.

But either web site designers or themselves still do not know
how to address their degrees. For example, see below:

Whistle blowing, doing right things is not without risks!

I receive emails with abusive words. I think it is mostly
to do with exposing fake Dr. with fake PhD dissertation.
I interpret those emails as compliments. They hate me
because I kick the asses of their great "Docto Sayagyis"
whose balls they are sucking eagerly.

A question comes up time and time again claiming that
I lack balls. I may lack brains to earn a PhD but I think
setting up this blog exposing fake guys like Zar Li who
shouts "Long Live Yodaryarja!" for a few bucks, or his
fellow residents of this hall of shame, other fakes whose
modus operandis were different from him, they do not
self-styled instead they wired to buy mail-order degrees.
All those come with risks. So I think I have big balls the
sizes of coconuts or if I lack those now, they soon will
grow between my legs. My message to those who have
been sending emails, I heard from your mothers when
they were on my bed, so try something new.
