Since this blog has been kicked alive to expose those who are faking that
they have earned Doctorates, your humble blogger exposed more than a
dozen fake PhDs, some of them have retracted and recanted their use or
abuse of that Dr. title they faked.

This is not a political blog, its mission is solely for the academic interests.
However, we are one-issue guys and girls and our issue is Burma. Hence,
when we get our chance, yes we made enemies along blogging, pick the
low-hanging fruits, embarrassing and exposing those whom are harming,
doing bad things for Burma, our motherland. But we have decided to keep
our own integrity high. We will not wage a smear campaign unless we get
hard evidence. We never assert unless we strongly believe that inferrring
that someone has been faking that he holds a doctorate is no longer adequate.

Therefore, we make sure we expose those who either fake or forge and we
do not attack anyone who has earned doctorates even if we will never have
meals together with them for we disapprove their political standings.

But since this blog was conceived, since the first "Hall of Shame" fellows
were identified and promoted here as residential fellows to be named and
shamed, we started receiving emails from numerous accounts. They have
suggested us to scrutinize the academic credentials of Dr. Aye Chan, an
academic, a historian about Burmese history in general, Arakanese history
in particular. Being fair guys, we did look up as we have to honour our code
of practice. Our modus operandi is simple and straight forward. If we got a
tip or if we ourselves caught a fish (a faker or forger) we first check those
allegations and we decide should we say authoritatively that that guy or girl
is a faker or should we just state facts that we cannot find a PhD dissertation.

If you are a regular visitor to this humble blog, you might have noticed that
we focus more on a fake PhD - for we cannot find his thesis as he claims to
have written and submitted, check our earlier posts which we share email
exchanges with University of Wisconsin at Madison officials and libarians
of that university and the library of congress. We are not promoting that guy
but we have to state his name again and again because there is a guy who is
a regular visitor to this blog, who named himself as "Ace Boy". Now he is
waging smear campaign against another Arakanese historian, deceased Dr.
Aye Kyaw. So we are speculating that that Ace Boy must be one of Maung
Zarni's (or Mr. Maung Zarni as we do not believe that he has earned a PhD)
controllers (who are using him), or his fans (who are sucking him), perhaps
he himself. While we assume, provoking us with accusations towards our
Sayar Gyi late Dr. Aye Kyaw and Saya Dr. Aye Chan, it does not escape our
minds that that Ace Boy must be someone who hates our Rakhine Oo-Soon
Saya Gyees: Dr. Aye Kyaw and Dr. Aye Chan.

However, we would like to share our supporters that for unknown reasons,
for unknown promoters, we are receiving about 600 to 800 hits a day and
occasionally peaking above 1,000 hits a day. An accomplishment for such
an English language blog with such as sharp-narrow focus. We have more
than 25,000 hits since this blog was first established.
