Online PhD

Tired with some paid work and watching pirated movies
I go for fishing that is finding fake PhDs to be exposed
which I defend it as a patriotic act. Whistle blowing or
exposing is alike a rape victim, you have to inform so
that those perpetrators will not get away after they did
wrongly. Faking credentials is a criminal act and in few
countries, it is punishable by law, the faker will not only
losing his academic job or elected seats, but he may end
up in jail if the authorities want to enforce. But today,
I only found a small fish as he may not be after a fake
PhD although a paper from a dodgy programme. Below:

'U Cin Lamh Mang, an anthropologist currently working
towards an [sic] online PhD [sic] on Chin textiles.'

I think unfortunately for U Cin Lamh Mang, he is likely to
be pursuing a fake PhD or dodgy PhD. I will explain why.

When you see "Online" and "PhD" together then you can
speculate that such PhD is likely to be a fake PhD. Same
for MSc and MBA. Online is not Part-Time nor Distance
Learning (which is marketed by universities as Part-Time).
So which unis provide online PhD? Only online unis like
Walden and Capella. So you know.
